Q.

my nephew is not eating food as a 2 yr old should be eating some time he eats but sometimes he refuses to eat even the things he like if feed forcefully he spits out and cry so badly..he doesn't even drink milk in bottle or in anything or with falvors we are very stressed about it what to do

A. Dear aunt, first stop force feeding. No bottles and flavours as well please. if Breastfeed then please continue to breastfeed as long as baby and mother are comfortable. Please offer three meals and two snacks. Offer fruits as snacks. No need for cow's milk. Please get baby to sit with the family and let him eat by himself what he wants and how much he wants from what is on offer
