my nephew is 24 days old and he got white patches around his naval and on hands.. is it normal?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this needs examination by a skin specialist Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
