Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. i would suggest you to please do not worry about it instead speak with you pediatrician about the same as your child is 2.5 years of age in this situation you can give healthy home khud balanced diet to the child include seasonal fruits and vegetables salad and juices for your little one this will be very helpful always remember weight is just a number the child should be healthy from within with a good immune system
