My nephew has not started walking yet. he is 13 months now.

See If the child learns to walk independently even by the age of maximum 15 to 16 months then I’m going to say that’s the right age for a child to reach that milestone if your nephew was walking even with support right now then it is perfectly fine you do not have to worry about it
