my nefw is 4 year old he had redness in thorot and pain and fever also there we take antibiotics and fever syrup but no improvement it's been 4 days and still fever came back after 5 to 6 hours after giving medicine what bin done?

A. kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after 3 days of starting mdedicine. follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or therex will be changed in the medicines .
