#my My child's weight is not increasing .. while feeding all the food?

A. Maintain a proper gap between meals, do not extend gaps more than 3hrs, add all food groups comprising cereal and grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, eggs, full fat milk and milk products, nuts etc encourage daily physical activity

A. I would recommend you try to make sure that you're giving more of carbohydrates in their everyday food of the child it is not just about the quantity of food but it is important that you are giving more of carbs
