my mother's brother is deaf and dumb is there chance that effect my baby?

No not at all. These things are natural and someone else problem cannot affect your baby. You just have to follow the instructions given by your gynaecologist this is the only solution for babies overall growth. Take all the prescribed medicines given by your doctor.
