my mother-in-law n sister in-law without following the doctor they gave glucose Biscuits in milk to my 3m 20 days baby.... I'm really worried about his digestion as i know we can't giv anything before 6month shld i go to doctor

Yes it is not recommended to give any foods before 6 months
It is better if you take you MIL to the paediatrician where dr can explain them that only breastmilk or formula milk has to be given to babies till 6months

Be careful next time
Give adequate feeding
Give only BM or formula milk till six months
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
