Q.
my sister in law daughter is facing constipation. she is 14 months old. they are giving her lactogen formula milk. should we change the brand? which brand is best? please suggest the best brand

Saman AkbarMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. Constipation causes a lot of trouble to the babies. They tend to feel so uncomfortable until they pass the stool normally. It affects their overall day to day activities as they turn out to be cranky when it happens.
Sometimes when a formula doesn't suit the baby it results in constipation. My friend's baby also had constipation. When she consulted the pediatric he suggested her Aptamil Gold formula milk. Her baby is 16 months old so she gave Stage 3 which is suitable for babies from 12 to 24 months.
This formula milk contains Prebiotic HMO's which are good bacteria in the gut and helps overall development of the baby. It helps in easing digestion so babies are able to pass stool without getting constipated.
My friend's baby's constipation problem was resolved since she started giving him Aptamil Gold Formula Milk. You can also check with your pediatric and take his suggestion.
