Q.
my mom gave vasambu and perungayam water for my 21 days old baby. is it harmful? and after one day of giving it my baby is not pooping. is this the side effect of vasambu?

Thats traditional remedy for gas for babies , it does not cause harm , as long as over dose isnt given,
constipation or no passing of motion is normal in babies especially the ones on excluisvely breast feeding

I do not know what kind of water is that but no water nothing is advisable to be given to the child other than supplements in this age so I do not think so that it has been correct what has been done with the child so I think you may need to check with your doctor if you see any kind of discomfort to your child
