Q.

my milk supply is very low, only 1-2spoon from both the side as my baby refused to take before. but now she started sucking it but due to low milk supply she just taking it hardly for 2 minutes. I really want to feed her but not sure whether the breast milk will increase or not. can someone please advice whether it is possible to increase breast milk supply after 4months of postpartum and what should I need to include in my diet to get the proper result in less time?

A. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day with warm milk which would be very benefiting for you because it really helps a lot in increasing the lactation so go for it and if it helps in increasing then nothing like it otherwise you can switch to formula mostly it helps so you should definitely try
