my milk supply is very low how i can uncrease it?

You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking at least 3 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing your breast milk. Still you doesn’t get results then you can start giving formula milk to your baby. Formula milk is the best alternative of mother’s milk
