Q.

My milk supply is suddenly droped mam .iam giving 2 times in a day I e 90 ml only mam .plz give any guidance for this problem.

A. Shatavari powder is a good lactation supplement take it three times in the day with warm milk that will help in increasing the lactation plus I’m going to tell you have a good diet good proteins fluids and fibre in the diet that will also be very helpful
