my milk supply is not sufficient suggest me any drink or powder

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. hello dear parents if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in a day then your baby is will fit and well hydrated.
Aalso you must drink lots of water and milk twice in a day you can add lactonic granules in the milk this helps in increasing breast milk supply also add Jeera in your diet
