Q.

my milk supply has become very very less, almost 10-15 drops per feed. I am giving formula milk as my milk is not sufficient for my baby. Can I eat Lactare tablets to increase the milk supply? Will it really increase the production of milk?

A. there is no problem you can try lactare capsules take adequate water milk and fruit juices Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. Hi Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Wash hands often before touching your baby
