foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water. Don't be stressed.
The more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply.

low milk supply can be caused by many reasons like stress , incorrect latching, genetics etc
so please check these.
please don't give up easily ,give more and more breastfeeds to your child.
the more your child latches, the more milk is produced naturally.
