my milk is not getting for my daughter so please tell me how to improve the breastfeeding for my friend please please

A. First of all.keep yourself well hydrated add ajwain water in your diet addmwhole massir dal or pink dal in your diet. add milk daliya or muti grain daliya in her food milk oats also increse breast milk supply. make halwal with kacchi haldi adrak gur and ghee eat 2 to 3 teaspoon daily it also increse bresdt milk supply.
