my mensuration cycle is disturb after my delivery.it comes sometime after 40 day and sometime never come

A. Hormonal imbalance is very common with women after their delivery but with proper treatment and medication these things can be taken care of consult your gynaecologist take a course of medicine which is going to be benefiting for you in the current situation situation
