Hello ma’am Normally weight increases with the balance and a proper diet which is necessary for a child which would be full of all the necessary nutrients and supplements as per the age so I would advise you to consult a nutritionist and get a proper diet plan for your child which will help your child gain good amount of growth in height and health as per the age
