Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See you can always show to a doctor online if you are afraid of covid. As this you can not ignore

mam,as a child is one month old,I would advise to visit your pediatrician for this.
please don't try any homemade remedies.
offer small and frequent feeds.
burp your baby well after each feeding.
