my lo is pooping 3-4 times in a day after or during every meal. This is happening since 20 days almost....is it indigestion or teething ?

A. when kids put everything in the mouth it causes stomach infection and therefore loose motions. make sure that the child put in the mouth is always clean and visit a pediatrician for proper treatment
