My LO is 9 weeks old now. I had an emergency CS and could not start on breastfeeding until day 5. He was given formula for first two weeks along with breastfeeding. then we went on exclusive breastfeeding for 3 weeks. baby used to be fussy and cranky most of the time, even after hour long nursing sessions and didnt gain any weight. so we restarted formula and continued breastfeeding and he has gained weight since. His formula requirements are increasing with age. can I increase my breastmilk supply accordingly?

A. hi mom, keep letting your baby frequently also include papaya oatmeal poppy seeds fenugreek seeds Gond ke laddu dry fruits in your diet.. take Shatavari powder twice in milk to boost breast milk supply
