A. Thank you 🙏 but the burr burr is being done by lips.. No sound from respiration. We are cleaning her mouth once a day.. Will follow twice.

A. to decrease this you have to maintain hygiene of the oral cavity by regular cleaning the oral cavity with the help of your finger as a less you can use clean cotton cloth. this has to be done at least two times per day also the increased salivation is due to the pre tooth eruption pain and the irritation of dirty things the child places in the oral cavity they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions. if you feel that the child is having some difficultyd in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity das well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
