my lo is 2yr 8 months old...her fingertips skin is peeling of n it is cracking so badly tat blood oozes out... and i m using cetaphil moisturizer...but I m not applying any antiseptic cream on d wound as of nw...can anyone suggest which cream to use for an open wound??

A. safromycin is usually used for open would and it's suppose to heal well. but on fingertips I am not sure if it's a good idea to use because babies tend to put fingers into the mouth all the time. better to consult your pediatrician and ask for a suggestion that is baby safe.
