my LMP was 4 September. I feel breast tenderness weekness fatigue from some days. is it possible I am pregnant?? can I take a pragnancy test before my period???

Yes, there can be chances according to your symptoms. If you miss your periods date then you should definitely check with the pregnancy kit at home. And if the results are positive that in such case, you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it.
