avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes.

A. Coffee contains caffeine and it ia considered harmful for kids as it carries a lot of health risks with it. Effects of caffeine on children are always negative, and that is why it is not a recommended vmbeverage for your child.

A. No. Caffeine is not good for babies. If the baby is going to take coffe from such a young age it can adversely impact the babys health in future. You can add some natural sweeteners like palm sugar or palm candy or brown sugar or jaggery little amount to the milk.
