hi my baby is 20 days old my coffee peehsaktu kya i can't drink milk that's y asking can I have coffee instead of milk

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, you can drink coffee while you are breastfeeding your baby. limit it to not more than 1 to 2 cups in a day. also drink adequate water for proper hydration.
