My little one is turning 2 next month, still all 4 canine & 4 seconds molar yet to come out of gums. Is it normal? Is there anything to worry?

yes it's totally normal..
kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.
as few teeth have erupted hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth twice daily
