Q.

My little one is 7 month old now, but she refuse to have daal,cerelac etc. please suggest what to give her to increase her weight?

A. Hi Make baby eat atleast 2 to 3 solid meals a day . you can mash the food & feed the baby Avoid cerelac but give all home cooked foods Try to restrict Breastfeeding to 2 to 4 feeds a day.

A. improve the weight of the child I would recommend that you should try to give banana to the baby every day you can give boiled potato puree to the child I would suggest that you introduce white rice to your baby
