my Little daughter is suffering from mild fever since two days.. the problem is she is not taking any type of medicine.. she cries nd then vomits.. I'm reality worried.. please suggest what to do!!

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dosee as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold spovnging of the body to reduce fever
