Q.

my little daughter 23 month now her sound is completely change before she speak and talk loudly but 4days now her voice is very low and soft.i cannot hear properly when she speak not like before.no cough no suffering.she is good.but what happen to her.pls suggest me what should I do? .I'm so tension.

A. For better understanding of the situation it need to be examined by a doctor preferred your family doctor and any medication if required can be suggested by the doctor after examination only .
