my little child boy 4 years and not having speech but but he eat full enough play very full enough and very more energetic. when we call my boy and when we give more attention on my boy he will not reply properly. even he have enough listening power. I contact but he not follow our order so what we can do?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom, Would highly recommend to get the child examined , as speech delay is there and he needs a speech therapist that would be helpful for it, should be helpful.
