Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much ofj screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs tof be managed accordingly.

the best way to put the baby sleep give a good massage before bed..
play some music as baby sleep..
ensure baby is full..
