Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. it can be due to some nutritional deficiency. it is advisable to meet the doctor to Rul out any type of neurogenic pain which might be causing such problem also it is important to rule out any vitamin B12 or vitamin D deficiency
