my last period date was May 27 but June 27 I didn't get period then after July 5th I tested it show positive but we are not planning a baby at the time then we visit doctor and doctor prescribed mifegest to taken .is it mifegest helps to prevent pregnancy. and it's abort normally any side effects will happen or not. actually am tensed with this medicine

A. you can get MTP. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child
