Q.
my last period date was 5th March and today I got positive in urine pregnancy test. so I reached out to a gynecologist and they had taken scan. in which only my endometrium lining is getting thickened (14mm) and no sac is observed. am I pregnant?

Its not even one complete month since your last date. So just wait for 2 - 3 weeks and then get ultrasound done.

Sometimes The sac can take time to be present you know to be visible in sonography so wait for another month and then get a ultrasound done once again to be more sure about it because this way I cannot tell you anything correctly as of now so you will have to wait
