my kids is having fever since 5 days and using antibiotics and also he is having severe cough.when we give the medicine it is curing and again after it is coming and temp is always showing 99 to 100

If the fever is there despite of giving antibiotics after completing the course of the antibiotics if the child is yet not proper then in that case you should get a blood test done for your child maybe it is associated with viral or other issues with the blood test rather have a better understanding of the reason behind the problem
