A. hi as kids grow they gain their self-identity and have their own likes and dislikes so it is common problem among them. please avoid giving choclate , biscuits etc . offer homemade healthy food items like fruits ,dates ladoo, etc . if possible ,stop buying such food items for you and your family . please don't stick to particular food item. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures. make food presentation attractive. for example as your child doesn't like to eat rice ,you can offer rice in different forms like kheer, khichu , dhokla , idli ,pulav etc. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in it. tryto make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
