My kid was behaving soo hyper active how can I control it...some r saying don't give chocolates,cakes any sweet items to him but I can't understand what I have to do to him.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Try and calm your child down – Changing your child's behaviour in a day or two is next to impossible. You can tell your child to sit still for 5 minutes and then gradually increase the time. Incentivizing them for this can help increase their interest in the activity.
