My kid’s doc has asked for a assessment as she is having no eye contact, communicating and speech delay After my doc said tis I completely stopped screentime And I could see minimum improvement now like She makes eye contact when I sing to her or teach her new words nd respond to my commands and respond to her name Speech is still minimum Should I still be worried I have made appointment for assessment too
