my kid not talking any words and his eye contact not in my control mam pls give any suggestions

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not. the child will be assessed for four mdajor milestones that is 1.gross motor milestone 2.fine motor milestone 3.social milestone 4.language milestone.

Check all milestones speech,gross ,fine motor skills,direct eye contact means if you call or tell anything then baby will look directly into your eyes . If you observe any delay or baby bot responding to sounds,her name or any commands,no speech or less speech according to age these are red flags, need assessment with Developmental Paediatrician or speech therapist.
