Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weifght gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many fagctors like nutritional factor some chronic infection or malabsorption which needs to be ruled out.

you can also add different legumes and lentils in your child diet.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc
