my kid is very warm and having dry cough .what medicine should I give him right now for ese the fever

Mam first you have to check with the thermometer whether it is fever or not just if the body is warm you cannot conclude it is fever so you can give any paracetamol that you were available for fever that is going to be benefiting and consult the doctor for further assistance please
