Q.
my kid is very active in playing whole day but she doesn't eat de food. I have to force her n frighten her to have food.. y she doesn't eats or asks me for food on her own...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients.
one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth.
anye kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which mayz hamper the growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage your child to eat healthy.
