Q.

my kid is taking enough vegetables, milk and good snacks too, but weight gaining isn't there?she is active with good health.should I have concern on this?

A. no, as per your description he is active than nothing to worry about it. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
