A. Hi Do not worry. stop giving Biscuits, chips, chocolates, sugary drinks, maggi, noodles, bread completely. make meal time fun with lot of stories. games, role play try to engage child In lot. of outdoor activities like playing jumping dancing swimming football cycling skipping
