my kid is having cold and cough...she wil be coughing all night...fever was thr earlier...nw it's gone..bt bad cough..plz suggest some gud syrup

A. Hello, your baby boy is 39 months old and he is having a cold cough etc so don’t give him a milk and use syrup Tus Q D 5 ml three times a day
