my kid is eating only specific foods for a time period. is this normal

A. You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon eating only specific food is not good and you should encourage your baby to have a healthy diet plan

A. hi yes it is quiet common it is normal for toddlers to prefer certain type of food items at certain period and then reject it too so nothing to worry keep serving variation in your child diet
