Q.

my kid is almost a year old, still he has not moved on to solids and has cerelac and like consistency foods. kindly guide

A. cerelac and like that consistency, puree mashed blended foods restrict giving to baby.. develop the chewing habit.. give some Cheeselings Or murmure.. fingers foods as steamed potato sweet potato carrot.. small bites.. of let the baby have his own..
