Q.
My kid is 6 yrs now. She is physically not that active as other kids are. She faces difficulties in jumping, hopping, running etc. How can I help her? Also she becomes very agressive if I ask her to clear her mess. I don't want to scold her often. But it is leading her towards laziness and inactivity. Give some suggestions what can I do for her betterment.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy8 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Limit the screen time first. Check what is triggering such aggressive behaviour and try to avoid the triggers. Communicate more effectively with your child. It is always better to gently set some boundaries and follow them. Give your child well balance, healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
